Ingredients
  • 1 cup - Sago
  • 2 - Potatoes boiled medium size
  • cup - Groundnuts crushed
  • 4-5 - Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
Instructions
  1. Soak sago overnight.
  2. Roast, peel and crush Groundnuts.
  3. Boil and mash potatoes.
  4. Mix all ingredients and make mixture for sabudana wada.
  5. Make tikkis of the mixture.
  6. Preheat oven and arrange wadas on the rack.
  7. Roast on 205°C for 10 minutes.
  8. To make it more crispier and golden brown roast on high temperature.
Notes
SERVE WITH :- Grate 01 cucumber, add it to one cup curds. Add salt, sugar and 01 green chilly. Mix together and serve with hot Sabudana wada.
