Ingredients
- 1 cup - Sago
- 2 - Potatoes boiled medium size
- cup - Groundnuts crushed
- 4-5 - Green chilies chopped
- 1 tbsp - Coriander chopped
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Soak sago overnight.
- Roast, peel and crush Groundnuts.
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Mix all ingredients and make mixture for sabudana wada.
- Make tikkis of the mixture.
- Preheat oven and arrange wadas on the rack.
- Roast on 205°C for 10 minutes.
- To make it more crispier and golden brown roast on high temperature.
Notes
SERVE WITH :-
Grate 01 cucumber, add it to one cup curds. Add salt, sugar and 01 green chilly. Mix together and serve with hot Sabudana wada.
