PICKLED ONION
Pickled onion replaces salads and pickles both. Adds flavour to the meal. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
  • 01 Cup - Small onions peeled
  • 01 Tbsp - Mustard split (Rai ki dal)
  • 01 Tbsp - Chilli Powder
  • 02 Tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
  2. Keep it for one day
  3. Next day fill up the jar with water
  4. Keep in refrigerator.
  5. Last for about 1 month.
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar.
