PICKLED ONION
Pickled onion replaces salads and pickles both. Adds flavour to the meal. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
- 01 Cup - Small onions peeled
- 01 Tbsp - Mustard split (Rai ki dal)
- 01 Tbsp - Chilli Powder
- 02 Tsp - Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
- Keep it for one day
- Next day fill up the jar with water
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Last for about 1 month.
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar.
