PICKLED CARROTS
Carrots, chillies and mustard seeds used to prepare an healthy pickle without oil. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
- 02 Cups - Carrots cut in pieces (fingers)
- 01 Tspn - Chilli Powder
- 01 Tspn - Mustard split (Rai ki Dal)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients and fill it in tall glass jar.
- Fill up the jar with water.
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Last for 15 - 20 days
Notes
TIPS :-
The liquid and carrot become sour in taste. This liquid can be used for indigestion and sunstroke.
Add fresh water and spices after the liquid is used.
