LEMON PICKLE
Pickled lemon in sea salt cures indigetion and nausea. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
  • 12 Nos Lemon
  • ½ kg Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash lemon and dry.
  2. Poke fork in the lemon from all sides and make small holes in it.
  3. In a dry glass jar first make a layer of salt and then a layer of lemon.
  4. The top layer should be of lemon.
  5. Seal the jar with kitchen towel.
  6. Keep it in sun for one month.
  7. Last for about 2-3 years
