LEMON & AJWAIN PICKLE
Good for digestion, stomach related problems. Oil free pickle made of lemon and carom seeds (ajwain) with very little salt. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
- 01 Tbsp - Ajwain
- 02 - Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste - half rock salt and half white salt
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients and fill it in a dry glass jar.
- Keep in refrigerator. .
- Last for 1 month
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar.
Insufficient lemon juice may spoil the pickle.HEALTH TIPS :-
