GREEN CHILLY PICKLE
Fresh Green chillies and spices with vineger mixed to make an healthy and flavourful pickle. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
  • 125 gms - Green chillies
  • 02 Tbsp - Mustard split (Rai ki Dal)
  • 02 Tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients.
  2. Slit chillies and fill up the spice mixture
  3. Keep it in the jar and keep for one day
  4. Next day fill up the jar with water
  5. Keep in refrigerator.
  6. Last for about 15 days.
