GINGER & GARLIC PICKLE
Healthy Oil Free Pickle of vegetables and spices. This recipe is contributed by My Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
  • 01 Cup - Ginger cut into pieces
  • 01 Cup - Garlic cut into pieces
  • 01 Tbsp - Carom seed (Ajwain)
  • 01 Tbsp - Chilli Powder
  • 02 Tbsp - Vinegar
  • 07-08 - Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste - half rock salt and half white salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all abovethe ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
  2. Add lemon juice till all ingredients are soaked properly.
  3. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  4. Last for 6 - 10 months
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar. Insufficient lemon juice may spoil the pickle.HEALTH TIPS :- Good for digestion, nausea.
