FRESH TURMERIC PICKLE
Fresh turmeric and fresh ginger used to make flavourful, healthy pickle which is beneficial for internal injuries, nausea etc. This recipe is contributed by Mr. Didi, Mrs. Lata S. Gupta.

Ingredients
  • 01 Cup Fresh Turmeric cut into pieces
  • 01 Cup Fresh Ginger cut into pieces
  • 01 Cup Green Chilli cut into pieces
  • 05-06 Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
  2. Add lemon juice till all ingredients are soaked properly.
  3. Keep in refrigerator
  4. Last for 2 – 3 months
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar. Insufficient lemon juice may spoil the pickle.HEALTH TIPS :- Good for digestion, nausea, internal injuries.
