Fresh ginger and fresh turmeric used to make healthy pickle.

Ingredients
- 01 Cup Turmeric cut into pieces
- ½ Cup Ginger cut into pieces
- ½ Cup Green chilli cut into pieces
- 05-06 Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all above ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
- Add lemon juice till all ingredients are soaked properly.
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Last for about 2-3 months
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar.
Insufficient lemon juice may spoil the pickle.
