FRESH GINGER & TURMERIC PICKLE
Fresh ginger and fresh turmeric used to make healthy pickle.

Ingredients
  • 01 Cup Turmeric cut into pieces
  • ½ Cup Ginger cut into pieces
  • ½ Cup Green chilli cut into pieces
  • 05-06 Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all above ingredients and fill it in glass jar.
  2. Add lemon juice till all ingredients are soaked properly.
  3. Keep in refrigerator.
  4. Last for about 2-3 months
Notes
TIPS :-Use clean and dry glass jar. Insufficient lemon juice may spoil the pickle.
