SUJI KA HALWA WITHOUT GHEE
Healthy, flavourful Suji Ka Halwa with loads of fruits and nuts and made without Ghee / Oil.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups - Semolina
  • 1 cup - Fresh Cream
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 2 - Banana
  • 1 - Apple
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • cup - Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Raisin, Chironji etc. all roughly chopped
  • Few strands of saffron soaked in warm milk
Instructions
  1. Dry roast semolina in a hot pan till it releases aroma and is golden brown.
  2. Add fresh cream and stir.
  3. Add sugar and stir again.
  4. Add cardamom powder, saffron and all nuts and mix well and let cook for few minutes.
  5. Shut the gas and let halwa come to normal temperature.
  6. Cut banana and apples into thin slices.
  7. Add sliced fruits to the halwa and mix well.
  8. Garnish with some more nuts and fruits and serve.
