SALTED CRACKERS WITHOUT OIL
Salted crisp crackers made of besan and flour without oil. Popular tea time snack made healthy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup - Refined flour
- 1 cup - Chickpea flour
- cup - Semolina
- tsp - Chili flake
- 1 tbsp - Curd
- tsp - Carom seeds
- oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together all the three flours mentioned in the ingredients.
- Add chili flake, carom seeds, curd and salt.
- Add little water and make soft dough.
- Knead well.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Roll it with a rolling pin to make thin roti
- Cut in square or diamond shape.
- Preheat oven.
- Arrange the crakers in the baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 180°C - 205°C.
- Or till it becomes golden brown and crisp.
- Serve when at normal temperature with Avocado dip.
- Using cookie cutter you can give shapes of your choice.
- AVOCADO DIP
- cup - Avocado
- ½ cup - Onion
- -6 - Green chilies
- tbsp - Coriander
- cloves - Garlic
- ½ tbsp - Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- METHOD :-
- Mix all ingredients and blend to make a smooth paste.
