OIL FREE Garlic Sev all time favourite snack made more healthy by making it OIL FREE

Ingredients
- 1 cup - Chickpea flour / gram flour
- 1 tsp - Oil
- 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp - Garlic paste
- 2 tsp - Lemon juice
- tsp - Turmeric Powder
- tsp - Asafoetida
- Salt to taste
- Water
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients.
- With little water knead a soft dough.
- Fill up the dough in sev / bhujia press
- Press and make sev in a baking dish.
- Bake sev in preheated oven at 180° C to 205 °C for 10 minutes.
- Or till golden brown and crisp.
Notes
VARIATION :-1. Palak Sev - Add palak puree to the chickpea flour
2. Plain sev - Do not add garlic to the above list for making plain sev
3. Tomato sev - Add tomato puree and little sugar to the chickpea flour
