OIL FREE GARLIC SEV
OIL FREE Garlic Sev all time favourite snack made more healthy by making it OIL FREE

Ingredients
  • 1 cup - Chickpea flour / gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • tsp - Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
  2. With little water knead a soft dough.
  3. Fill up the dough in sev / bhujia press
  4. Press and make sev in a baking dish.
  5. Bake sev in preheated oven at 180° C to 205 °C for 10 minutes.
  6. Or till golden brown and crisp.
Notes
VARIATION :-1. Palak Sev - Add palak puree to the chickpea flour 2. Plain sev - Do not add garlic to the above list for making plain sev 3. Tomato sev - Add tomato puree and little sugar to the chickpea flour
